Mr. Lott retired from a major insurance company in Arizona after 32 years.  Prior to his retirement he served the last 20 years as the Secretary/Treasure for that insurance company.

Richard Fujimoto– Member

Mark Andersen—Member

Mr. Andersen is employed as Deputy County Attorney for the Pinal County Attorney’s office.  He received his Bachelor of Arts from BYU and his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law and a member of the Arizona Bar Association since 1997.  Mark earned his Eagle Scout rank from the Grand Canyon Council and has served as a Scoutmaster in Gilbert, Arizona.

Dean Butler-Chairman

Mr. Butler is the co-founder of the Arizona Scouting Museum and current Scoutmaster of Troop 648 in Phoenix.  He is employed as marketing manager of a major insurance company in Arizona.

His Scouting experience includes Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and Explore Scouts.  As an adult has served for 18 years in various Unit positions, District positions and Council committees.
